Entrou para a Ordem dos Frades Menores, professando os votos religiosos em 1761, e sendo ordenado presb\u00edtero no ano seguinte.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Exerceu suas atividades apost\u00f3licas sobretudo na cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo. Foi pregador, confessor, porteiro, orientador espiritual da Ordem Terceira e guardi\u00e3o. Fundou o \u201cRecolhimento de Nossa Senhora da Concei\u00e7\u00e3o da Divina Provid\u00eancia\u201d, hoje, Mosteiro da Imaculada Concei\u00e7\u00e3o da Luz.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Distinguiu-se por uma vida apost\u00f3lica e mission\u00e1ria, sendo chamado \u201chomem da paz e da caridade\u201d. Morreu em S\u00e3o Paulo, em 23 de dezembro de 1822.
